MSJ Sports & Fitness Centre offers Vinyasa Yoga as one of the many classes available at the Sports Centre. Creating a balance and synergy between the mind and body our classes are suitable for all experience levels.
Vinyasa Yoga is one of the most popular forms of Yoga. It’s a dynamic style of yoga which links breath and continual movement through a heat building sequence of postures. These practices combine a series of flowing moves with rhythmic breathing for an intense, transformational body-mind workout.
Whether a novice or regularly attend Yoga classes experience Vinyasa Yoga at our friendly Sports Centre. The Sport Centre is situated in the heart of Great Malvern with free parking for members. Attend our weekly sessions to experience the many benefits of Yoga and connect with friends in our welcoming studio.
You will be guided every step of the way by one of our instructors, Laura Mulvey or Jo Doverman, and questions can be asked throughout the class.

ABOUT THE INSTRUCTOR
Jo Doverman is a 200-hour qualified teacher. Her classes provide a safe and welcoming space to switch off from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. All levels are welcome at Jo’s classes and her style of teaching ensures you leave the room feeling happier, calmer and more grounded.
One of Jo’s favourite things about teaching at MSJ Sports & Fitness Centre is the genuine community feel from both members and staff. Everyone is so friendly and chatty, which makes teaching Yoga at the Sports Centre such a treat!
