ABOUT THE INSTRUCTORS
Fiona is keen to share her passion for exercise. She believes being at ease and relaxed with your trainer is crucial to a successful training plan. Her professionalism and enthusiasm shine through in her classes as she offers personal attention to participants whist maintaining an all-inclusive class.
Fiona also teaches Aqua Fit at MSJ Sports and Fitness.
