MSJ Sports & Fitness Centre offers Circuit Classes. The class is specifically designed to target muscular endurance and build strength.
Experience Circuit Classes at our friendly Sports Centre situated in the heart of Great Malvern with free parking for members. Attend our weekly sessions to experience the many benefits, and connect with new friends in our welcoming Sports Centre.
The variety of different exercises that make up a circuit are designed to give a fast and quick, full body workout. There are between eight to ten stations which help you get your heart racing and reach your fitness goals. Whether that is to build lean muscle or burn fat, you will be guided every step of the way by one of our trained instructors, Simon, Gabbie, Martin or Sam. If you’re new to the class or are unsure of different exercises don’t worry, questions can be asked throughout.

- Improve heart health
Exercising helps keep your heart rate high, particularly in our Circuit Classes as there are little rest intervals between stations. This allows the heart to increase in strength overtime, leading to a healthy heart.
- Aids weight loss
Fast paced exercises with short intervals of rest elevate your heart rate which in turn contribute to an increase in calories burnt. A recent study which involved 837 participants suggested that Circuit Classes do in fact reduce body weight and body mass effectively.
- Versatile
We are all built differently and have different abilities and strengths. This is what makes our Circuit Classes suitable for everyone. Circuits are designed to suit all abilities where you’re a beginner or regular gym goer.

Simon, Gabbie, Martin and Sam all bring a different unique style of training to the classes. You’ll find each instructor has their favourite exercise and style of teaching which makes every class a new challenge.
