By just using your bodyweight you can reach your highest potential when it comes to our Bootcamp Circuit Training. With effective exercises such as push-ups, crunches, and burpees, you will move through different activities quickly and safely. You’ll be burning calories while keeping your heart rate high.
You will be guided every step of the way by one of our trained instructors Simon, Gabbie, Martin or Sam. Don’t worry if you’re new, questions can be asked throughout the session.

ABOUT THE INSTRUCTORS
Simon, Gabbie, Martin and Sam all bring a different unique style of training to the sessions. You’ll find each instructor has their favourite exercise and style of teaching which makes every class a new challenge.
The name ‘Bootcamp’ can conjure up the image of Sergeant Major types barking orders. Don’t worry, our instructors are very friendly and are here to support and challenge you every step of the way.
