MSJ Sports and Fitness Centre is situated in the heart of Great Malvern with ample free parking for members and those using the facilities. Our ethos is simple – we are here to help you reach a fitter, healthier, happier you. Our staff love what they do and thrive on your results.

We offer a range of great value membership options to suit individual needs with no contracts. For non-members who wish to join classes we offer a pay as you go option, classes must be booked in advance via Reception.
The Gym is open to members from 07:00 – 14:00 and 16:00 – 22:00 on weekdays and at weekends from 08:00 – 16:00. Fitness classes, such as Spin and Yoga, are included in Gym memberships.
All the facilities are within easy reach of each other. The main Fitness Centre is home to the Gym, Sports Hall, Climbing Wall and Studio, the AstroTurf, Hard Courts and Grass Pitches are just outside. The Dome is a short walk up the hill and is home to our Squash Courts. The Swimming Pool is just across the road from the main Fitness Centre.

JOIN TODAYOur Victorian Swimming Pool is unique in the local area and open to members at set times seven days a week. Family Swim is available at the weekends from 12:00 – 14:00.
Many of the facilities can be used as part of your membership or are available for hire. Many of our facilities are hired by local community groups or sports clubs.
MSJ Sport & Fitness Centre is the specialist sports facility used by pupils from Malvern St James Girls’ School.
